From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Upon selecting the landing gear handle to the up position after a normal takeoff, the three green lights extinguished and the in-transit light remained illuminated. The flight crew visually confirmed that the gear had not retracted. The flight crew ran the emergency checklist for manual gear extension. Crew manually extended the landing gear and received three green lights indicating that all landing gear were down and locked. While performing the manual gear extension the "hydraulic low" annunciator illuminated and remained so for the remainder of the flight. While returning to mci the flight crew confirmed that all the gear were down and locked. Incident # ICE052009018 closed.
