From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilots stated that they touched down on runway 05 in Savoonga and the aircraft began to drift to the right. The captain added power on the right engine to correct. The aircraft then drifted to the right again and the pilots were unable to correct the aircraft slid through a runway light down an embankement and came to rest off the runway in a marsh. The north side of the runway was closed reducing the runway width to 70 feet; winds were out of the north gusting to 33 knots with a crosswind component of 21 knots. Further investigation revealed that the right main tire failed during the rollout resulting in a loss of control. The aircraft received substantial damage. No injuries. Ptrs #200903142
