From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After completing the de-icing process, with both aircraft engines running, and after receiving both visual and radio communication from the de-icing crew indicating that de-icing was complete, the aircraft started moving forward toward the taxiway. At the same time the aircraft started to move, the truck was moving away from where it was parked. The truck was positioned outboard and forward of the right wing tip. When the aircraft attempted to make a turn to the right to access the taxiway, the aircraft's right wing impacted the left side of the de-icing truck. Both the aircraft and the de-icing truck came to a stop after the contact. The aircraft sustained minor damage to the outer two sections of the leading edge of the right wing and the right wing's wingtip. The truck sustained damage to the left side of the de-icing unit and left door.
