From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On January 18, 2011, at approximately 12:14 pm, while taxing in dense fog, aircraft N5489V veered off the taxiway pavement into the grass the rotating propeller blades struck the soft earth causing the blade tips to bent approximately two inches forward. The curling of the propeller blade tips in a forward direction is an indication that the prop RPM was not only high in relation to the forward velocity, but the propeller was being driven under positive power from the engine.
