From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The PIC stated he had been having problems with the loads as they were not put together well by the "pickers". Just before the accident the PIC noticed the load was lose and tried to relocate it to the picker, who had already moved to next load about 50 yards away, and have him fix the load. When the PIC started to move the load, it got caught on something on the ground and caused the PIC to lose control of the aircraft hitting the ground nose first. This report will be amended when this office receives additional information from the PIC. The PIC has left the country to new zealand.
