From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft departed geg. During gear and flap retraction, the aircraft lost hydraulic pressure and quantity on the left hydraulic system. The crew returned to geg and performed the alternate gear extension. The landing was uneventful. Maintenance found a large quantity of hydraulic fluid leaking from the under belly of the aircraft forward of the wing-body fairing. Subsequent inspection found the leak to be caused by a broken o-ring in the leading edge bypass valve. The o-ring was replaced and the left hydraulic system was serviced and operationally checked. The operational check was good and no leaks were noted. The aircraft was released to service.
