The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
PIC was conducting off-airport landings and stated that initial part of the landing surface was dry and braking action was good, but towards the end it was slippery. Surface was moss, and weather included rain at the time of the accident. According to the PIC, the aircraft was moving about 5MPH when it failed to stop before the end and then proceeded down an embankment. The PIC said that the brakes were locked prior to going off the edge of the unimproved surface. The wingtips and propeller were damaged.
