From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While picking up a banner the pilot snagged the tow rope used to pick up the banner on the aircraft nose gear which dragged the aircraft down towards the ground. The tow rope broke, releasing the aircraft drag but it was to late and the aircraft hit the taxiway in a flat altitude breaking off the nose gear and left main was twisted to the rear 90 degrees. The aircraft came to rest off the taxiway in a grassy area about 20 feet from a hanger. The pilot was helped from the aircraft and was not injured.
