From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N92JR departed robertson co. airport (M91) enroute to chicago executive airport (kpwk). While on approach to runway 16 at kpwk, the aircraft's right engine shutdown, and shortly after the aircraft's left engine shutdown. The aircraft landed on wolf road, approximately one half mile short of runway 16. The right wing struck several trees/road signs and as a result the right wing was destroyed. The left wing sustained minor damage.

There was no post crash fire. The damage to both propellers indicates the aircraft was not under power at the time of impact. The right fuel tanks were destroyed as a result of the impact. The left fuel tanks were not compromised. Approximatly 1.5 gallons of fuel were drained from the left wing fuel tanks.

The pilot filed a flight plan with Lockheed martin flight service station. He stated, in his flight plan, the estimated time enroute was one hour and twenty minutes. He also stated, in his flight plan, there was four hours and thirty minutes of fuel onboard. During a telephone interview on June 26, 2013, privacy data omitted stated that he departed with just over one thousand pounds per side (less than 2.5 hours of fuel).

The aircraft had been airborne for approximately one hour and thirty seven minutes when the right engine shutdown.

As the FAA filed it

DURING A TELEPHONE INTERVIEW ON JUNE 26, 2013, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED THAT HE DEPARTED WITH JUST OVER ONE THOUSAND POUNDS PER SIDE (LESS THAN 2.5 HOURS OF FUEL).

THE AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN AIRBORNE FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR AND THIRTY SEVEN MINUTES WHEN THE RIGHT ENGINE SHUTDOWN.
