From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot stated "about 2 miles out I lowered the landing gear at about 115 mph in the white arc, had 2 green lights (has only 2 lights) & landing gear down indication on floor panel indicator.

Enter down wind leg, add 1/2 flaps, went to full flaps on base leg, turned final for 27R, flared after numbers, smooth landing, continued rolled down 27R. Was looking at kilo intersection for turn off 27R, since I was going to delta row. At about juliet intersection I noticed the nose starting to drop, so I added more back pressure on the control yoke, and the next thing I knew I was skidding down 27R with the nose gear collapsed and then a little further down the runway, the right gear went down and I turned to the right until coming to a stop".

"I then turned off fuel selector switch, ignition switch, master switch, electrical switches (all on the right panel), opened the door, talked to airport rescue and the exited the bonanza. "

As the FAA filed it
