From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Student working on obtaining a tailwheel endorsement was practicing wheel landings with instructor. On touchdown the aircraft bounced slightly and on the second touchdown the aircraft started turning slightly left. The student then used right rudder to counteract the left turn and froze up on the controls. The instructor tried to counteract the students input but was not able to fully overcome the student's control input. The aircraft then exited the runway to the right and made a one quarter turn ground loop causing minimal damage to the left wing tip.
