What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
The pilot stated: after takeoff, retracted gear and the left main gear lamp remained on. Cycled gear, and on the second or third extension all three remained green. Upon landing the gear collapsed and the aircraft slid on its belly off the right side of the runway.
On-scene examination of the aircraft revealed evidence inconsistant with a gear collapse, but consistent with a gear-up landing.
