From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon landing pilot of N914BB stated that the left main tire blew. The pilot was not able to maintain directional control and exited runway 25L at kdvt to the left into a rocky area between the runway and adjacent taxiway. Damage to the aircraft consisted of damage to the left wheel pant, and brake assembly. As a result of the investitgation it appears that some unknown object (possibly wedged between the tire and wheel pant) cut the left main tire and tube causing the tire to deflate.
