From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Owner/operator/builder of experimental aircraft, while landing at cvo experienced a nose gear collapse almost immediately after landing. Pilot reported he didn't flare as much as he should have and landed slightly flat. Aircraft bounced a little and onto its nose gear only. At that point the nose gear down lock over-center released causing the nose gear to fold up. The propeller contacted the runway surface numerous times and the aircraft came to rest on two bent blades of the propeller. No other damaged noted.
