From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

At the landing touch-down, the aircraft's right main tire deflated causing damage to the right main wheel fairing which rolled under the tire and subsequently caused the aircraft to yaw to the right from the drag. The pilot applied left rudder and left braking to correct the right yaw which in turn provided excess side loading to the nose gear and led to the collapsing of the nose gear assembly. The aircraft departed the runway and onto the grass area to the right between the runway and taxiway striking a runway light. There were no injuries.
