From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Nanwalek, AK (keb): N91025, Cessna T207, landed on runway 1 and ran off the end of the runway.

Pilot decision to first touchdown 500 feet down the runway resulted in inadequate remaining runway surface for sufficient braking.

Not anticipating wind gust from behind causing the aircraft to become airborne after touching down is a contributing factor.

Wet runway surface affected the braking action.

Aircraft came to a stop off the end of the runway, contacting a pole with the left wing. Propeller contacted the ground as the aircraft went off the runway/taxi area.
