From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot stated that they departed klvj for a local mx check flight with a pilot rated passenger. 5 minutes after departure at 800 feet when trying to retract the gear. The gear unhooked and went into wells but doors did not close. They extended the gear again and the main gear partially extended and the nose gear appeared to fully extend. After approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of attempting to hand pump the gear down with no change the decision was made to retract the gear again and do a gear up landing at kefd for the available emergency equipment.
