From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot landed on a highway, parked and set the parking brake, and picked up a passenger. Then back taxied up the highway, made the turn and applied power for the take off roll. He felt a lurch and realized he had not disengaged the parking brake and saw it release on its own. He assumed that is what caused the lurch and proceeded with take off and the flight to home base. The pilot stated he felt no difference in the flight characteristics on the return trip. He discovered the damage during refueling at home base.
