From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot attempted to lower gear to accomplish touch and go?s at kcvb when he realized that he only had the nose gear indication light illuminated. Cycled gear, which resulted in no indication on any of the gear. Checked landing gear indicator lights and found operational by press to test. Pilot contacted center to request emergency personnel be alerted. Center suggested he choose kskf, kssf or ksat where the fire department is already on station. Pilot choose ksat. Enroot to ksat pilot reached for the emergency gear extension and decided not to perform the action due to his unfamiliarity with the system. Landed gear up at ksat. Aircraft raised by crane where emergency extension system was tested and found to be working properly.
