N27FM was flown from tjig to tjvq with the intent of practicing several touch-and-go landings at tjvq. After an uneventful first approach and landing, the PIC of N27FM remained in the left traffic pattern for runway 09 and attempted a second touch-and-go. On the second approach to runway 09, the aircraft settled down on the runway with the gear-up and came to a complete stop several hundred feet away from the initial touchdown point suffering minor damage.

AFTER AN UNEVENTFUL FIRST APPROACH AND LANDING, THE PIC OF N27FM REMAINED IN THE LEFT TRAFFIC PATTERN FOR RUNWAY 09 AND ATTEMPTED A SECOND TOUCH-AND-GO. ON THE SECOND APPROACH TO RUNWAY 09, THE AIRCRAFT SETTLED DOWN ON THE RUNWAY WITH THE GEAR-UP AND CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET AWAY FROM THE INITIAL TOUCHDOWN POINT SUFFERING MINOR DAMAGE.
