From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On 6/4/2020, the pilot attempted to takeoff from a dirt runway. The pilot started the takeoff roll and the tail started to lift off the ground when the pilot felt the left break lock up. The pilot corrected with full right rudder and it straightened out for a second. Then the pilot said the break locked up again, this time he was going about 50MPH. He said it was going to pull him off the runway so he pulled back on the stick. The pilot said he didn?t have enough airspeed to get the aircraft flying. He went off the east side of the runway and the plane flipped in the rice field.
