From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft departed fok for ack and shortly after departure, the captain heard a noise that was shortly followed by a master caution light for the hydraulic system. The crew diverted to pvd to conduct an emergency landing. The first officer manually extended the landing gear and the emergency brake was manually pumped on landing causing the main gear to lock up. The aircraft skidded to a stop on runway 23 at pvd after leaving tire and wheel debris on the runway as the tires and wheels were not rotating due to the manual emergency braking. The 2 crewmembers and 3 passengers exited on the runway through the aircraft main entry door and no injuries were reported.
