From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilotprivacy data omitted was conducting practice full stop landings at kaxv on runway 8, surface was dry and unobstructed. Winds were 080 at 5 KTS. VFR conditions prevailed with visibility greater than 10 miles.

During rollout on second landing event, while applying wheel braking pressure, pilot's right foot slipped off of right rudder pedal and brake allowing pilot's left foot to push forward on left rudder pedal and brake actuator. This caused an immediate, abrupt yaw to the left before the pilot could correct. As a result, a ground loop incident occurred causing the right hand lower wing tip to contact the runway surface resulting in minor, superficial damage to the wing tip, right lower aileron, and right main wheel rim. Pilot taxied the aircraft back to on-field hangar space for parking without further incident.
