Anchorage, AK (mri): privacy data omitted, CH7A, upon landing runway 25, privacy data omitted went into the grass between taxiway hotel and foxtrot, then taxied onto alpha taxiway. Airport maintenance performed a FOD check, a sewer marker flag was knocked over. The pilot reported no damage to the aircraft. No reported damage to the sewer flag.
