Pilot statement:
"The following is my description of the incident at klro on 11/19/2022 at 10:45 am.
I landed on runway 35 and taxied to the ramp to park my Cessna skylane 182. As I was taxiing to find a parking spot I passed in front of the FBO (on my right) I noticed the construction on the right side of the taxiway as mentioned in the NOTAM. The fuel trunk was parked on the left side of that same taxi area but slightly before the construction. I felt there was adequate space to allow the wingspan to have sufficient clearance. I misjudged the space available on my left and the outer one foot of my left wing struck the top back passenger side of the fuel truck.
There appeared to be no visible damage to the fuel truck. Neither my self nor my one passenger suffered any harm.
There was no one in the fuel truck at the time of the incident. My left wing suffered a large enough dent that I felt it unairworthy until seen by an ap/ia. privacy data omitted Ap/ia inspected the plane and advised me not to fly it. He was not available to attempt to further evaluate the plane or repair it to a ferryable status. Airport police officer privacy data omitted came out and filed a report. The report # is 22-11-003766.
