From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Fatal skydiving incident due to impact with the ground.

Skydiver departed aircraft. The next jumper told Titusville police detective that he didn’t notice anything wrong with the jump, but the skydiver was south of the landing zone and ended up over a residential neighborhood surrounded by trees, houses, and powerlines.

The video confirmed the chute was fully deployed and the skydiver was at steep bank angle and impacted a concrete driveway at a high rate of speed, bounced and came to an abrupt stop on the grass next to the driveway.
