From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

First takeoff was aborted due to soft patches on the runway

During the second takeoff from this remote dirt airstrip, the pilot rotated and started climbing out. He reached the tree tops when a gust of wind blew the aircraft into the trees where it ended up 90 degrees to the runway facing into the trees. Witness's stated it happened very fast. The pilot stated before he was able to apply enough flight control input, it was too late. The aircraft was off course into the trees. Local area weather was reporting gusty wind conditions with no thunder storms.
