From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While on approach into Coastal Carolina Regional Airport (kewn), the pilot did not receive a green gear position indicator when selecting the gear down. They then recycled the gear, still no green indication. They completed the emergency gear extension procedure, and still did not receive a green indication that the gear was down and locked. They flew by the tower multiple times. The tower indicated to the pilot that the gear appeared to be down. With the towers statement, the pilot landed the plane. Upon wheels touching down on the runway the gear collapsed. The aircraft slid on its fuselage to a stop on the runway.
