From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot reported that upon rotation the landing gear did not retract properly. A "burnt smell" was noted in the cockpit. The pilot attempted to extend the landing gear and elected to return to the airport. The pilot noticed that the green down and locked indicator light failed to illuminate. The landing gear was then extended manually and the green down and locked indicator light did illuminate. The aircraft first touched down on the main landing gear. When the nose landing gear tire made contact with the runway, all three gear retracted. There were no injuries to the occupants of the aircraft.
