Airman was on approach to a grass field. Airman stated that he was a little fast and had landed about 1/3 of the way down the strip then hit a high spot about 1/2 way down the strip which caused him to be airborne again. At that point the strip had a signifigent downslope. The airman stated that at that point it was too late to execute a go around and applied maximum braking to cause the aircratf to flip over at the very end of the grass strip before crossing a road and entering a treeline.
