From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

In flight the pilot received a warning indication that the nose landing gear was not in the down position. Pilot made several attempts to cycle the system to lower the landing gear into the down position. The pilot performed a low pass for personnel on the ground to confirm the nose gear was not down. The pilot landed safely incurring minimal damage to the aircraft and no injurys. The cause of the nose gear system failure is undetermined as this time. The incident aircraft has yet to enter post incident maintenance. If information becomes avaliable during the post maintenance inspection that warrants further investigation into airworthiness, this report will be amended.
