From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed on runway with landing gear not extended. During initial interview, aircraft owner stated that he thought he extended the landing gear, felt the gear go down and saw three green indications for the gear being down and locked. After conducting a follow on interview, owner stated that he does not know why the landing gear did not go down and he did not double check for the landing gear to be down and locked on final approach resulting in the landing with the landing gear still retracted. Post incident maintenance checks verified that the landing gear system was working properly.
