What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
During the final approach, the pilot noticed a slightly higher groundspeed compared to the previous three landings but chose to proceed with the landing given the airstrip's length. Upon initial touchdown, the aircraft bounced back into the air. The subsequent attempt to land resulted in a nose-low attitude, which could not be corrected despite applying full aft stick. Consequently, the aircraft flipped over and came to rest upside down.
As the FAA filed it
DURING THE FINAL APPROACH, THE PILOT NOTICED A SLIGHTLY HIGHER GROUNDSPEED COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS THREE LANDINGS BUT CHOSE TO PROCEED WITH THE LANDING GIVEN THE AIRSTRIP'S LENGTH.
