AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR HANDLE COULD NOT BE MOVED TO RETRACT POSITION. FLIGHT RETURNED TO MSP AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE BLED TRIM ACTUATOR AND TRIM POSITION CYLINDER. OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
