What was found
DURING INSPECTION, TECHNICIANS DISCOVERED MELTED GALLEY DRAIN HEAT TAPE. WHEN THE TAPE OVERHEATED, IT APPEARS TO HAVE CAUSED THE INSULATION TO HAVE MELTED. THIS TAPE WAS INSTALLED IN 1996.
