GEAR DID NOT RETRACT WHEN SELECTING THE GEAR UP AND THE GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. THE PILOT LT THE GEAR DOWN AND RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT. TROUBLESHOT THE LANDING GEAR SYSTEM AND REPLACED THE DYNAMIC BRAKE RELAY.
