FLT 4076 - DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, CAPTAIN NOTICED AIR SPEED INDICATOR REMAINED AT ZERO, TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE. OUT STATION MAINTENANCE PREHEATED PITOT/STATIC SYSTEM TO MELT ANY POSSIBLE ICE ACCUMULATION IN PITOT HEAD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
