FOUND HEAVY INTERGRANULAR CORROSION IN HORIZONTAL STABILIZER NOSE RIBS. REMOVED AND REPLACED PARTS. AIRCRAFT WAS BASED IN CENTRAL FLORIDA. PARTS HAD NO PRIMER PROTECTION AT TIME OF MANUFACTURE.
