What was found
PILOT REPORTED ALTERNATOR SYSTEM FAILURE. FOUND ALTERNATOR FAN AND PULLEY TO HAVE EXCESSIVE SIDE PLAY AS WELL AS FORE AND AFT PLAY ON THE ALTERNATOR SHAFT. SUSPECT FRONT BEARING FAILURE.
