What was found
AILERON CONTROL MOVEMENT IS EXTREMELY STIFF ON GROUND AND IN FLIGHT. FOUND THE RT INBD AILERON BELL CRANK TO HAVE FROZEN BEARINGS. REPLACED THE CRANK ASSY.
