CENTER W/W FORWARD BULKHEAD LT TEE FITTING UPPER CORNER SUSPECT CRACK AT BS 1368.650. THE TEE FITTING WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED AS PER MD-11 SRM 51-31-01-0G. THE TEE FITTING WAS FABRICATED BY MACHINING IAW DRAWING APB7158 REVISION C. REPAIR CLASSIFIED AS MAJOR IAW GMM 6-2-100.
