What was found

DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION, FOUND A CRACK ON THE HORIZONTAL FWD SPAR WEB JUST INBD OF RT HSS 00.0, APPROX .5" IN LENGTH. REPAIRED THE AFFECTED AREA AND PERFORMED ALL REQUIRED RII INSPECTION IAW EO 12-1900-55-004. MAJOR REPAIR.
