EXHAUST SLIP JOINT SEIZED AFTER COMPLIANCE WITH SB, CAUSING BUCKLING OF NR 3 STACK. WRONG CLAMP WAS PROVIDED BY MFG AND FIT ONLY ON THE SLIP JOINT. SHOWED CLAMP ON SLIP JOINT AND MAY HAVE CAUSED SEIZING AND BUCKLING.
