FLT 3462 - ON APPROACH TO DTW, THE LEFT GEAR DID NOT SHOW DOWN AND LOCKED. THE CREW PERFORMED AN ALTERNATE GEAR EXTENSION AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT IN DTW. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE UPLOCK ACTUATOR. SYSTEM OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (W)
