THE AXIAL BLOWER WAS A NEW PART RECEIVED BAD FROM AIRBUS. DURING QUALITY INSPECTION IT WAS FOUND THAT THE FAN DID NOT SPIN FREELY, AND THE WIRING WAS NICKED. PART WAS TAGGED UNSERVICEABLE AND RETURNED TO AHI.
