APPROXIMATELY 30 SECONDS LATER, LEFT CABIN DOOR EVACUATED AIRCRAFT COMPLETELY. CREW DECLARED PL. LT UPPER CAR ASSEMBLY (B521M3834966) WAS FOUND TO HAVE BROKEN/SNAPPED.
