UNIT INOPERATIVE. RESISTOR UNIT HAS OPEN CIRCUIT FROM MIN AND MAX PINS TO THE FAN MOTOR PIN. FAN WILL NOT OPERATE AT LOW SETTINGS. REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
