ACTUATOR ROD TO RT GEAR FAILED. APPARENT CAUSE MAY HAVE BEEN FAILURE OF UPLOCK SYSTEM TO RELEASE. FOUND ALOT OF DIRT IN UPLOCK ROLLER AND POSSIBLE WORN UPLOCK BRACKET.
