FLT 3766 - AT 300 AGL RECEIVED "SMOKE TOILET" CAUTION MESSAGE. FOUND OVERBOARD DRAIN RESTRICTOR LINE ON RIGHT PACK CAUSING LARGE BLEED AIR LEAK INTO APU BAY. RAN RIGHT ENGINE AND PACK, NO SMOKE NOTED. REPLACED DRAIN RESTRICTOR LINE.
