NOSE WHEEL STEERING CAUTION MESSAGE IN FLIGHT. FLIGHT 3721, DURING FURTHER TROUBLSHOOTING FOUND NWS HARNESS TO BE CAUSING A INTERMITTANT NWS CAUTION MESSAGE WHEN THE HARNESS WAS MOVED. REMOVED AND REPLACED NWS HARNESS IAW AMM. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM.
